Best Western Plus - Columbia North East

It was a pleasant stay after checking in at approx. 9:00 that evening. Everything in the room worked well…although the bathroom is very small, the water was Hot when I wanted hot and Cold when I wanted cold, and with good water pressure for showering! The room was nice and clean with fresh, clean bedding and the TV worked! The staff were really, really nice and pleasant. Had a very nice stay!

We traveled from Kentucky where we had stayed at a Micro-Hotel. Upon arrival at your hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our room! It was HUGE!! The beds are very comfortable and overall, everything was squeaky clean! PLENTY of towels / wash cloths and pillows. ( I usually have to ask for more.) There were smokers in our group and they were pleased with the easy access to the smoking areas outside. Some may think that the prices are too high, but let me tell you, this place is worth EVERY dime you spend!!

I love the locate it was easy to get back to the interstate. It was clean and every staff member I came into contact with was very nice and willing to assist. The breakfast was also Amazing along with the woman who was there serving.

Went for our child’s boot camp graduation location was awesome! The staff was amazing in every aspect. Gave us a list of local restaurants employees favorite ones and places that delivered. They have washer and dryer for the guest. The dryer vent was clogged up and the manager was amazing and took my laundry down and dried them for us and sent maintenance to fix it.

Location was good for what we needed as we were visiting for family day and graduation at Fort Jackson. lobby was nice/comfortable enough to sit and visit with family. The front desk person that checked us in that evening was same person there the evening we were in lobby was very nice and pleasant. I did not get his name, but we checked in the evening of 5/30 and was in lobby on 6/1.
